We are hiring a full-time Appointment Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The appointments team at Paradigm Development Group is in charge of responding to new inbound lead inquiries, qualifying them, and scheduling them for appointments with our clients. We’re looking for a hard-working, organized, and self-motivated individual with strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Our ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and a great listener. This is a work from home, independent contractor role that includes a base salary, plus commission.

Times available:

Weekends 8am-4pm and 4pm -12am, Monday-Friday 4pm -12am EST


About The Job:

As an Appointment Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to all new lead inquiries via text and calling through our software platform, qualifying those leads to ensure they meet our standards, answering any general questions they may have, and scheduling them for an appointment with our client. You thrive on being organized and understand the importance of acting quickly when responding to your lead inquiries. You know how to connect with people, listen to and resolve their questions or concerns. Responsibilities:

 -Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and text

 -Qualify leads via phone and text based on our standards

 -Answer any questions and resolve any concerns that leads have

 -Schedule leads in for an appointment time with our medical clients

 -Follow up and nurture leads until they are ready to schedule an appointment

 -Complete ongoing daily and weekly training with our Executive Team

 

About you:

 -Strong English skills; spoken, written, and reading

 -Self-motivated and able to work from home without being distracted

 -Strong internet connection & have your own fast computer

 -Love to build relationships and help customers

 -Can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics.

 -Excited to build a long-term sales career in our company

 -Ability to follow instructions and take coaching

 -The skills to work both independently and as part of a team

 -Have experience in phone-based customer service or sales

 -Familiar with using technology


Compensation:

$800 USD/month.
